Centaur Media (LSE: CAU) is a London-based business information, events and marketing solutions provider to professional and commercial markets. It operates through four segments: Marketing, Financial Services, Home Interest and Professional. It was formed in 1981 by Graham Sherren, and is incorporated as a public limited company. The company is also involved in the digital and print publishing; event and information; research data and analysis; exhibitions; and digital information, and training and event activities, as well as provision of agency services.
The company's senior executive management comprises Andria Vidler (CEO; appointed Nov 2013) and Mark Kerswell (CFO; appointed 2011). The Operating Board comprises the senior executive and six others:-Andrew Evans - Group Managing Director (joined Sept 2011), Steve Newbould - Group Managing Director (joined Sept 2015), Linda Smith - COO (joined Feb 2016), Grainne Brankin - General Counsel (joined July 2014), Kathleen Jones - Group HR Director (joined Nov 2012) and Jane Turner - Group Managing Director (joined March 2016).
